This is a very cheerful and funny cartoon about the adventures of a little boy and a little lemon in the festive New Years Eve. The little lemon feels restless in the fruit bowl and gets on with its mischievous deeds. The boy, however, prevents the damages and the holiday can begin. The film contains no words except the final phrase: "Let's have a party!"
