Returns Policy for Online Purchases

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return items to goBGmedia.com, for a full refund only if the item is unopened (still in its plastic wrap).
We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from goBGmedia.com.

If you wish to return your purchase:

Include a proof of purchase, a copy of the e-mail order confirmation sales receipt and send the merchandise back to us using traceable mail. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.
